DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

Most orders will ship out within 48 hours of purchase (we do not ship weekends nor holidays). Your order will be shipped USPS priority mail. Once your order has shipped, packages are generally received within 5 business days.

 

There is an additional shipping charge of $5.00 for ALL orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands. Orders to these destinations cannot be expedited. Orders to APO addresses will also ship USPS priority mail and cannot be expedited.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

We currently do not offer international shipping.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages once they left our warehouse. We provide shipping confirmation on all orders. If your order status is marked shipped or delivered and you have not received it, we suggest you check with your local post office.

 

RETURNS

We will gladly accept a return within 14 days of purchase for exchange or refund to method of payment. Items MUST be in the original condition in which they were sent and tags must be intact.  After we receive your returned item(s) we will send you a store credit for the amount of purchase, less shipping & handling. 

*Please note that we do not accept returns on formal wear/prom or party dresses and sale items. Please specify wear date in the comment section of the check out so that your dress arrives in time for your event.
